From a grandmother's home to a chef's studio

Every kitchen adds its own flavour, memory and soul to the food. At Kishmish we reflect that depth in every dish — evolving with our guests' tastes and earning our place as Carlow's go-to contemporary Indian dining destination.

Our dishes are deliberately different from anything else in town. The menu is seasonal and refreshed every four months, so there is always something new to discover — and all of our meats are halal.
